How long does it take to get set up and running with Volo?It depends on how big your business is. It generally takes less than a day to set up a new account and we’ll help you with the set up.
What kind of training will I require?Volo is built with the end user in mind. You will be able to do all of the basic functions within minutes of setting it up. You’ll be able to do all of the enhanced functions within about one hour.
Do I need a computer guy to help me?No. The great thing about online software is that you don’t need a computer person to help you install it. All you need to do is open up an Internet browser you will have access to the latest version of Volo. And you don’t have to worry about updates, backups or maintenance either.
What if my internet connection is not available?If your internet is down you have a few options:
- Access your business through a web enabled cell phone or PDA.
- Volo can also be set up to email you appointment schedules nightly, so you have the option of printing out a hard copy.
- Call us and we will gladly fax you your schedule.
- You can also access your business at any location that offers wireless Internet.
How accessible is Volo?If you have access to the Internet you will have access to your software. If you have access to a cell phone you will have access to your software. We will be there whenever and wherever you need it.
What happens if one of my employees is terminated? Will they still have access to my business information?You can log into your system and make the employee inactive instantly.
